First baseman Miguel Cabrera rocketed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Felix
Hernandez allowed Jerryrob O'Stransky to rest his bullpen, tossing a complete
game as the smoking-hot Fullerton Fatboys clobbered the outmatched San Jose I
Invaders, 19 to 5.

Cabrera was a source of great heartache for the San Jose I faithful all day.
He just kept pounding out hits! He doubled knocking in a run in the 1st
inning, blasted a two-run home run in the 3rd inning, blasted a solo shot in
the 7th inning and stroked a base-hit in the 9th inning. Fullerton lit up
the scoreboard in the 1st inning which saw them score 6 runs on 9 hits. The
Fullerton offense man-handled the San Jose I pitching staff as they scored in
8 of the 9 innings.

Hernandez(2-0) was the winner allowing 5 runs for the game. Aaron Nola(1-2)
was the loser. Cabrera was in a good mood after the game, 'I'm just seeing
and hitting the ball real well now. I made some adjustments last week and
they are paying off. That's what this game is about. making adjustments as
the season goes along.'

Berra says, 'it's not over 'til its over.'
