Noah Syndergaard(2-0) and Andrew Cashner(1-1) treated the Fullerton fans to a
fine pitching duel at Fatboy Stadium. The blistering-hot Fullerton Fatboys
eventually emerged as victors over the Stockton Delta Kings by the score of 4
to 0.
Fullerton took the lead off Cashner in the first inning scoring a single run.
That early run support was enough for Syndergaard and Fullerton. Fullerton
ended up with 10 hits for the game while Stockton had 5.
Sammy Solis recorded his 2nd save.

Center fielder Joc Pederson blasted 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI at the
Invaderdome where the San Jose I Invaders beat the San Jose KZ Kitchen Zinks
by the score of 13 to 8.
The home town fans were very appreciative of the fine hitting performance
provided by Pederson. He smashed a solo-shot out of the park in the 3rd
inning, doubled in the 7th inning and belted a three-run homer in the 8th
inning. For the game San Jose I out-hit San Jose KZ 16 to 7.
Jake Thompson(2-1) went 6 and 1/3 innings allowing 4 runs for the victory.
Zack Wheeler earned his 1st save. Kenta Maeda(0-1) suffered the loss. He
served up 5 gopher balls in 7 innings.
'They made a couple of mistakes and I took full advantage,' Pederson said
'next time I'm sure they'll pitch me tougher.'

complete game as the Selma Stompers defeated the Santa Rosa Palms by the
score of 4 to 2 at Selma Coliseum.
Selma came up with 3 runs in the bottom of the 3rd inning with the help of 4
hits. That scoring would be all that was needed. Selma managed 7 hits in
their victory.
Salazar(4-0) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 2 runs. Michael
Pineda(0-1) was the loser. He allowed 4 runs and 7 hits in 8 innings.
