Sorry, don't have that, but here are the #1 picks from the draft 10 years ago:

1997 DRAFT

Palms ANDRUW JONES (SVSOM Lifetime: .277 BA, 17 HR, 58 RBI)

Figs (To Ignats.) JOSE ROSADO (SVSOM Lifetime: 3-6 W-L, 5.27 ERA, 69 K)
Slammers CHAN HO PARK (2-10, 5.18, 57)
Delta Kings ALAN BENES (4-4, 3.90, 61)

Ignats (To Pinkos.) EDGAR RENTERIA (.251, 3, 26)

Pinkos BRIAN GILES* (.276, 30, 119)

Stompers T.J. MATHEWS* (0-1, 4.11, 16, 1 SV)

The Slammers changed their name to the Slimers shortly after the draft.

*The World Series wasn't played until after the draft. After the Pinkos won the Series, the Stompers exercised an option to take the Pinkos' choice in the draft (Giles), and the Pinkos got Mathews.

Best Late Round Pick: Delta Kings MATT LAWTON (12th round)
