Boomers by a score of 2 to 0.
Selma came through with the game-winning runs in the top of the 8th inning
scoring 2 runs on 2 base hits. After an out was recorded, Bo Bichette began
the rally when he lined a base-hit. Riley Greene got his chance to keep
things going, but he went down on strikes. Jordan Westburg then lifted one
out of the park for a two run home run. Selma managed only 6 hits on the
afternoon.
Tony Santillan(1-0) went 2 and 1/3 innings allowing no runs for the victory.
Braxton Ashcraft(0-1) was the loser in relief. He surrendered 2 runs and 2
