Spencer Horwitz slammed 2 homeruns at Zink County Stadium where the San Jose
KZ Kitchen Zinks beat the Inglewood Ignats in 10 innings 9 to 8.
 
The score was knotted at 8 after nine innings.  Finally, San Jose KZ pulled
the game out in the 10th inning.  Caballero proceeded to steal third base.
Willy Adames came to the plate and drew a walk.  San Jose KZ continued their
aggressive style with another stolen base.  Christian Walker was next to the
plate, but was promptly struck out.  Matt Wallner came up to bat and hit a
sacrifice fly making San Jose KZ the victor and beginning a joyous home town
celebration.  Although they lost, Inglewood did out-hit San Jose KZ 12 to 8.
 
Hunter Stratton(3-0) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 1 and 1/3
innings. Jhoan Duran(0-1) was hit with the loss in relief.  San Jose KZ
scored big getting 3 runs off him in 2 and 1/3 innings.

The Fullerton Fatboys edged the Selma Stompers in 10 innings at Fatboy Stadium
by the score of 3 to 2.
 
The game was deadlocked at 2 after nine full innings.  Fullerton won it in the
10th inning.  Brayan Rocchio doubled making Fullerton victorious to the
delight of the the home town crowd.  Fullerton had a total of 8 hits for the
game.  
 
Brenan Hanifee(2-0) was the winner allowing no runs in 1 and 1/3 innings.
Walker Buehler(0-1) was tagged with the loss in relief.  He was a hard-luck
loser, pitching 4 innings and not allowing an earned run.

Tyler Glasnow went 8 solid innings at the Invaderdome as the San Jose I
Invaders beat the Santa Rosa Palms by the count of 4 to 1.
 
San Jose I took the lead for good in the 6th inning as they scored 2 runs on 2
base hits.  The crucial at-bat was provided by Austin Wells who brought the
crowd to their feet when he popped a two-run clout over the fence.  San Jose
I had 6 hits for the game and Santa Rosa had 2.  
 
Glasnow(1-0) went 8 innings allowing 1 run for the victory. Glasnow got help
from Chad Green who was credited with his 3rd save.  Jhony Brito(1-2) was
charged with the loss in relief.  His ERA increased from 3.75 to 5.14 as he
allowed 3 runs in 2 innings.

In a good matchup it was the Petaluma River Kings 4, the Stockton OK Boomers 2
in 10 innings at Murphy Field.
 
The score was tied at 2 after nine.  Petaluma was victorious in the 10th
inning.  After an out was recorded, Gunnar Henderson initiated the scoring
when he blasted a two-run home run resulting in an exciting win for Petaluma
and a raucous post-game celebration by the home town fans.  Both teams
finished the game with 6 hits.  
 
The victory was credited to Max Meyer(1-0) who went 2 innings, allowing no
runs. Garrett Whitlock(0-1) was the losing pitcher in relief.
