Leo Jimenez hit one over the fence and had 3 RBI at Pinko Field where the Palo
Alto Pinkos beat the Inglewood Ignats 6 to 5.
 
In the 7th inning Palo Alto scored 3 runs when they had 4 base hits.  After
two were out Jhonkensy Noel got things rolling when he singled.  Trent
Grisham stepped up next and he doubled bringing in a run.  Logan O'Hoppe then
was walked intentionally.  Michael Harris stepped in and he ripped a single
to load the bases.  Jimenez stepped into the box and lined a one-base hit
accounting for two more runs.  Palo Alto banged out 11 hits on the afternoon.
 
The victory went to Carmen Mlodzinski(2-1) who went 3 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 3 runs. Jack Kochanowicz(1-2) was given the loss.  He allowed 10
hits and 3 walks in 6 and 2/3 innings.

Nick Madrigal had 2 base hits and 2 RBI as the Santa Rosa Palms defeated the
Selma Stompers 7 to 2 at Selma Coliseum.
 
Jhony Brito(1-1) was brilliant in relief and registered the victory.  He
didn't allow much, just 3 hits and no walks in 4 innings lowering his ERA to
3.75.  For the game Santa Rosa out-hit Selma 13 to 6.  
 
Brito got help from Tyler Holton who was credited with his 1st save.  Pablo
Lopez(1-2) was the losing pitcher.  He gave up 4 runs and 6 hits in 6 and 1/3
innings.

George Springer smashed 3 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Bryce Miller retired 11
batters on strikeouts as the Stockton OK Boomers defeated the San Jose KZ
Kitchen Zinks by a score of 8 to 1 at Zink County Stadium.
 
Springer propelled Stockton to victory.  He popped a two-run clout over the
fence in the 3rd inning, cracked a solo homerun in the 7th inning and
delivered a solo blast in the 9th inning.  Stockton had many opportunities
throughout the game and scored in 6 separate innings.  
 
Miller(3-0) allowed 1 run in 8 innings, and picked up the victory. The loss
was charged to Luis Gil(2-1).  He was touched for 3 homeruns in his 7 innings
of work.  
 
'I had my good stuff today.' Miller said. 'As the game went along I started to
get the feeling that I was going to strike out a bunch of hitters.'

Hunter Brown delivered 8 solid innings at the Invaderdome as the Petaluma
River Kings lost a heartbreaker to San Jose I Invaders by the score of 3 to
2.
 
The game was won by San Jose I when they scored a run in the bottom of the 9th
inning.  After an out was recorded, Jacob Young drew a walk.  One out later,
Ke'Bryan Hayes came to bat and doubled.  Zach Neto then was walked
intentionally.  Evan Carter followed next and he smacked a single resulting
in an exciting win for San Jose I and a wild post-game celebration by the
home town fans.  San Jose I had 9 hits overall, while Petaluma had 5.  
 
The victory was credited to Grayson Rodriguez(1-0) who went 1 inning, allowing
no runs. Clayton Kershaw(1-1) took the loss in relief.  He surrendered 4 hits
and 3 walks in 2 innings.
